The price includes:
Use of the garden, the swimming-pool, the parking place and the
common laundry; electricity, gas, water, airconditioning and heating; weekly change of the bed-linen and the towels; final cleaning of the apartment.
Minumum stay 3 nights, 350,00 for an apartment (without
distinction of type). During the high season minimun stay 7
nights, from Saturday to Saturday.
In each apartment you will find a bathroom with shower and WC,
mirror, refrigerator, satellite tv, internet WI-FI ( your PC should
be equipped with a wireless adapter), a kitchenette and an
independent air-conditioning and heating.

CONDITIONS FOR THE STAY:
Arrival and departure: Saturdays, except special arrangements.
Check-in: after 13.00h/1.00p.m.
Check-out: until 10.00h/10.00a.m.
Security: 200,00 refunded at the end of the stay ( if there are
not any damages in the apartment and on the furniture)
Payment: You have to pay at the arrival.
Please tell us the exact number of persons and their age while
booking
We cannot add beds to the already booked ones.
Reservation and payment: The booking will only be confirmed after
the payment of 1/3 (one third) of the final amount in cash or by letter
payment. In case of non-arrival this amount will not be refunded. The
remainder has to be payed at the arrival. You can pay cash, by cash
dispenser or credit card.
Arrival and departure times: The stay starts at 13.00h/1.00p.m.
arriving day and ends at 10.00h/10.00a.m. leaving day, except special
arrangements. At the arrival the lodger should show a valid identity
card or passport at the reception to do the necessary registration
formalities. NO SMOKING: No smoking in the apartments!
PETS: Pets are not admitted. |
